sales dashboards with vital data, ratios and graphs.
The tool is loaded with
color coding indicators that will highlight for you the highest and lowest values in each data set.

1. Summary dashboard will instantly tell you vital data about your business which includes but not limited to:

Total sales summary dashboard includes information as of what date sales are available; current year-to-date actual and budget sales with dollar and percentage variance; full year budget amount and the percentage of goal achieved;

Monthly sales summary dashboard includes current year top sales month name, sales and budget value, dollar and percentage variance; comparison to average monthly;

Customer sales summary dashboard includes current year best and worst performing customer name, year-to-date sales, full year budget, % of goal achieved, % contribution to total year-to-date sales, comparison to average customer sales;

2. Customer Dashboard lists all customers and calculates for each YTD sales, % contribution to total, average monthly sales, # of orders, average order amount, full year budget, % of goal achieved, annualized life-to-date sales, annual % sales growth.
Then right here, on the customer dashboard screen, you are able to view each customer sales for any product / sales representative combination. For example, when you select "All" in the product or sales representative selection drop-down lists, the Customer Dashboard analyzes customer sales for all products and sales representative. However, you can view and analyze customers' sales for only one product, for example, and all sales representatives. Or, you can view how much each sales representative sold for each customer of one particular product.
3. Product Dashboard lists all products and calculates for each YTD sales, % contribution to total, average monthly sales, # of orders, average order amount, full year budget, % of goal achieved, annualized life-to-date sales, annual % sales growth.
Then, again, you are able to filter down and view each product sales and vital sales indicators by any customer and sales representative combination.

You are able to filter down and view each sales representative’s sales and vital sales indicators by any customer and product combination here as well.
5. Customer by Product Dashboard presents year-to-date and life-to-date sales data in crosstab format and allows cross-referencing customer to product sales for a selected sales representative.
6. Customer by sales representative Dashboard presents year-to-date and life-to-date sales data in crosstab format and allows cross-referencing customer to sales representative sales for a selected product.
7. Product by sales representative Dashboard presents year-to-date and life-to-date sales data in crosstab format and allows cross-referencing product to sales representative sales for a selected customer.
8. Monthly Sales Dashboard lists monthly sales, monthly % contribution to total, average monthly sales, # of orders, average order amount, budget, % of goal achieved, annualized life-to-date sales, annual % sales growth for any customer / product / sales representative combination.

You will be able to input sales data by year, month, customer, product, and sales representative for as far back as you want. Below is a snapshot of the input section of the tool. Month, year, customer name, product name, and sales representative name could be selected from the drop-down list in each respective data field on the input section. This is all that requires your input. After the data has finished loading you will be ready to analyze the data.
